Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

I am moving out of the family home. I currently have a joint mortgage with my wife. I have 2 children, 1 who is 20yrs old and unemployed and 1 who is 18yrs and just finished his A levels but has no intention of going on to further education. What are my legal obligation please.

Your legal obligations to your wife and children will be unchanged when you move out of the home. If the marriage is over the financial situations needs to be settled either by way of divorce or in a seperation agreement.
