Neighbours trees

The roots of these trees are giving us great concern as they have now reached our house under our paving our main concern for the future of our house and our foundations how do we stand legaly with the concern of what they could do in the future to our house?

It is essential that you formally put your neighbours on notice of the potential damage that could be caused by their trees. if they fail to take appropriate action you would have little difficulty in obtaining an order from the court that they take whatever appropriate steps are required to safeguard any risk to your property.
