Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
my ex partner took me to court last year in feb as he said that i denied access this was not the case and he failed to show up on noth occassions so was debarred from making a claim for 1 year, he has currently been back to solicitors who have sent a consent form so as he will attend court. i have not heard from the solicitors do they not need to contact me first to try and resolve the problem before going to court
