me and my partner sepperated she has become a herion addict since we split up we are in a residency battle for are 2 children i do not take drugs or drink any alcohol who would the court favor in these cases.thanks

There is only one question here and that is which of you or your former partner are the best parent to care and promote the welfare of your children. If the mother is a heroin addict it would seem to be you.
