partnership legal right

i've been with my fiance for 2 years and we've been leaving together for 1year. But because of his complex ddivorce so we still can't get married. could you tell me what's legal right I have at moement? And if something happened to me or him, what can i/him do? will I be kick out from his place if something happen to him and so on....

Please tell me what's legal right can protect me from this relationship with undivorced partner?

I am afraid that are under the present law, your cohabitation does not install any particular legal rights.thus you would not have a claim under your partners intestacy and should therefore each make separate Wills.You would also have no right of occupation to a property which was not vested in your name.

These and other problems can largely be resolved by entering into a cohabitation or living together agreement. My advice is that you should do so without delay. A cohabitation agreement is available from our web site at www.legal-zone.co.uk
