power of attorney
will i be able to get legal aid whilst seeking power of attorney, as i am a student but i also work.

I am afraid that legal aid is not available for the preparation of a power of attorney irrespective of your income.
We do however have available from our website a DIY power of attorney Kit which will provide everything you need to prepare your own power of attorney.
