Property in Cyprus owned by my husband

My husband and I have separated after 37 years of marriage we purchased a home in cyprus in the 1980s which was in his name.If we divorced what is my legal rights if any to the home

it is quite irrelevant that this property is in Cyprus. It was purchased during the marriage and it makes little difference that it was vested in your husband's sole name. If you divorce the property will fall into the ' pot ' for division between you and your husband and you may consider your interest and claim equal to that of your husband's.
