Rights to money for my children
I wrote to my ex-husband one year ago asking for financial help. he replyed to me and said there was absolutely no way he could afford to help us. my cildren recently returned from a visit to him and told me he has just bought a new car. they tell me he owns a lot of material assets. can i demand money for my two children who are living at home even though they are 21 and 19?

I am afraid that it is unlikely that your former husband now has any legal obligation to maintain the children unless they are still in full-time education.
his obligation to provide maintenance for you will depend upon the settlement reached in the divorce proceedings.
