Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
i have separated from my spouse but we are still legally married, i have moved out but we still jointly own a property, i am still making on time payments towards the joint mortgage, she has changed the locks, can she do this legally?

You are a joint owner of the property and with this goes not only the right of entry but also occupation. She therefore has no entitlement to exclude you and if she changes the locks must give you a key.
