Although I have few details,it is most unlikely that you would find yourself bound on divorce by what was agreed in a separation agreement prior to that horse divorce. The divorce court has a complete discretion with regard to the orders it can make and will not be fettered by what was previously agreed between the parties even where this agreement is recorded in a separation agreement.
