has my sister got the rights
my sister has got a solicitor at the moment, and she is telling her and upsetting her by saying that the father of my nephew is going to get him with or without the courts. she is a trainee and from the start she has been bossing my sister into doing things that she doesnt want to do and she keeps changing her mind about different things making my sister into a stupid lying girl when she isnt. at the start my sister told her she didnt want my nephew to go near his dad (who he doesnt know as dad or know at all) because he does drugs she's not very happy with her solicitor so do you think we will be able to change her? and will another solicitor take on her case? or is it too late (do you think that a dad who throws cars at his chest and comes round with drugs on his face is a fit dad? and do you think a dedicated father as he says he is will put his child through this? ) please help us (with her solicitors saying he will get him i am very scared he will) thank you x x

Re: has my sister got the rights
there is no doubt whatsoever that your sister must obtain the services of a more sympathetic and suitable solicitor. The conduct of the solicitor she has at the moment is reprehensible and cannot be allowed to continue.
She should immediately choose a solicitor that she can work with and ask that solicitor to pass all the papers of case to them from this quite unsuitable solicitor.
