Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
My Son's Baby Mama
my sons baby mama will not let him or us see the child and they have went to court and she is not going by what was ordered and he pays child support, she will not take any of our calls and she has moved to another state. It was agreed in court that we get her every other weekend. My son is suppose to know when she goes to the doctor, where she go to school he should be able to talk to her.. The mother said she does not want my son to call her number. We went to the police with the court papers, they said that they could not do anything because this was a civil case. What should we do. My granddaughter is 3, when she does comes to stay with us she cries and does not want to go back with her mother. The mother is living with a guy that we hear is married. The mother also has a son that his father is trying to get custody of as well. What do we do, do we need to hire an attorney again.

Re: My Son's Baby Mama
Probably. If the baby mama is not following the Court's orders she can be held in contempt and possibly even lose custody. Why don't you start by talking with a good family law attorney in your area?
