Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
hi there,
i am desperate for help with this situation. i have been married for 3 years and recently had a very hard time with my husband, we have been seperated for 6 weeks now, he said he will file for divorce but so far i havent heard anything from him, he doesnt answer my calls or my emails. i left home and went back to my parents as he said he needed space to sort his head out. i dont want the divorce because i believe we can work things out but he isnt making his decision on whether we get back together or not and it is causing me alot of distress. the house is on our joint names, he also has a business that he bought when we got married, it is a clinic, in addition he has nother flat. i want to know what are my rights financially, does the fact that i left my marital home take my rights away from me. thanks alot
