Visitation Rights
My baby daughter was born on 24.5.2007. I was present at the birth and saw her on 25.26. and 27.5.2007. But her mother my ex girlfriend will not let me see her now. I saw her breifly on 31.5.2007 and paid her �200 for the baby. Please help

It would seem clear that you should immediately make an application to the court for a contact order and also an order that you have parental responsibility for your daughter. Let us know if we can assist with this
