my wife has left the family home with children and clothes,how can i keep property secure when out

Allthough in certain circumstances an Occupation Order could be made this would only be a short term remedy. It is important that rights over the matrimonial home be established and appropriate orders made by the court. If the marriage is over this should be done in divorce proceedings.
