My wife and I are separated and I want to take my two children on holiday abroard. She has said no. What are my rights?

Your rights are no different from your wife's.

As a parent with parental responsibility you have every entitlement to take your children overseas for the purpose of a holiday not exceeding one month. You do not need your wife's agreement
