Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

My wife and I have seperated. We have 2 children one age 9 and one age 5. We have a joint mortgage on on home. I am running the house all by myself as she has moved out into her mums house with the kids. She does not work and pays nothing towards the mortgage.

Am I allowed to change the locks on our house now she has moved out and taken her stuff with her?

And also am I allowed access to my kids, as i miss and love them very much.

Little point as if you do she is entitled to a key as a joint owner. The piosition could be different if this is a divorce situation and she has given up occupation permanently.

Of course you are allowed access to your kids. That is not effected by the seperation and you are still ther father with equal rights and entitlements as theit mother.

There is much that needs to be sorted and if we can help, please let us know
