Re: defamation

The position of the law of defamation in venacular is the same every where. Venacular is regarded as a foregn language and the exact words used in venacular and thier interpretation in English must be stated in the statement of claim. The Exact words in venacular together with their interpretation in English must also be given in the open court by those who were witnesses to the defamation. if this is done the court will only be called upon to determine whether in the circumstances in which the words were uttered they were calculated to disparage or lower the party defamed in the estimation of right thinking members of his communitty.
