how to reinstate a case once struck out
Myself and my company were taking a finance company to court, my company was dissolved by error of companys house who will pay legal fee's to reinstate it. Meanwhile the finance company i was takin to court had myself struck of the proceedings, with out my knowledge and with the company dissolved at that time there was no case. I am now seeking new legal representation but need to know my rights and the proceedures that need to be taken. If you could advice me on this matter it would be appreciated, thank you.

I am far from certain that it was the case that your company had ceased to exist simply because it had been struck out by an administrative error at Companies House. Whether or not this was the case however there should be no particular difficulty in having the companies action reinstated. This is a classic case where the striking out was through no fault of your own and where there is a claim which justice demands should be heard.
