Re: theft of monies from family

Much will depend upon the form and purpose of the permission given by the third party when in the hospital. Was this money intended as a loan or was it given for a specific purpose? I cannot see from the very limited information I have that there is any conceivable entitlement to a larger amount that was withdrawn or interest on this sum.

I will be happy to advise further if additional information concerning the circumstances of this permission and a copy of the written permission given can be supplied.
