i get 3penalty points for speeding last week. i am just about apply for british citizenship. may it affect it? do i have to wait when it became "FIXED" penalty points or not?please advice.

Providing the points were not issued through the court, they should not affect your citizenship application.
However, if they were handed down by the magistrates court, they will affect your application and you will not be eligible to apply at this time.
