Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
hi i am a british citizen married to an overstayee, our application has been refused bu homeoffice for his stay on the basis of marriage, he is now going to report every mon, till he gets a new indian passport as there were pages missing from his old one and he cannot use that according to homeoffice, but i am pregnant now is there anything we can do ?
