Changing A Passport With A Green Card

I lave lived in the States since 1994, I have a green card, however I have divorced and remarried a US citizen this year. How do I cahnge my name and apply for citizenship? Also my English born son who is 8yrs is currently on my passport,how do I get his own passport with his Green Card.

More info is needed. On what date did you become a lawful permanent resident? Did you get the status through marriage to another USC?

Your name. You can change your name in a state court proceeding or in connection with you naturalization. If you are asking how you change your name as far as INS is concerned, get certified copy of final judgement dissolving your prior marriage and ceryt copy of marriage certificate proving your second marriage and submit these with your application for naturalization with a written and sworn explanation.

Your son. If you want him to have a British passport contact the UK embassy for instructions. If you want him to have a US passport he can't get one until after you have been naturalized.
