Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
I been In This Country Nearly 9 Years , I've Granted Indefinite Leave To Remain On 2003 And I did Applied For Nationality on 2008 And I've Refused Because Of Good Character .I've Convicted 2006 But The Court Ruled Out On 2008 The Conviction Is Handling Stolen Good ,(Receiving) The Court Ruled Out Fine And Conditional Discharge 12 MTHS ,This Period Disposal And I've Character Reference's Support The Conditional Discharge Period ,I Thinking to Apply Again Could Please Help ?

As you received a fine imposed by a court, this will automatically prevent you from applying for nationality for 5 years from the date of sentence.
The date you were sentenced and given the fine is very important, as it is from this date that your 5 years will be calculated.
