Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
Hi, i was looking on my dad's old documents and i found a British Passport: Colony And Protectorate of Aden, we live in UAE and we hold a Yemeni passport, are we eligible to become UK citizens?

This is a difficult case, as British nationality has changed significantly over the last century.
Without seeing the passport (or a copy) it is difficult to say, as subsequent endorsements in it could have changed your father's status.
One would have to determine what happened to the colony and who its population was subsequently treated under nationality law.
