My daughter wishes to marry her Argentinian fiance in England, what documents will he need & can he live & work in England after they marry?

Do you mean the documents your daughter requires to marry her fiance or the documents she needs to make an application for him to come to/be in the UK on the basis of his marriage to your daughter, as these are two different things.
He will only be able to be in the UK if he submits an application to the Home Office on the basis of that marriage, and the type of application and chances of success etc will differ depending on what his immigration status is here at the moment.
