Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
Dear LawGuru,
I am on student visa tier 4 and my wife also on student tier 4visa. How can i change the my student visa tier 1 to Dependent Visa?

If you and your wife are both currently on Tier 4 student visas, one of you can only switch to being a dependant by leaving the country and applying for entry clearance in that capacity.
There is no in country route by which you can switch to becoming a dependant from a Tier 4 student.
