eea family permit for mother in law living in india become widow recently and now dependent on son's spouse for material support can she come under Directive 2004/38/EC defines a �Family member� (in point 2 of Article 2) or other people who are also direct beneficiaries of Directive 2004/38/EC.
she was getting monetary support from son before coming to uk and father was retired and mother was house wife
