Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
Hi,
I have a girl friend living in Venezuela, she wants to visit the uk, i want to ask if she has to apply for a visa, she has a biometric Venezuelan passport, and also does she need a return ticket or one way could be booked?.

If your girlfriend wants to visit, she would require a visit visa to enter the UK.
It would also be advisable to book her a return ticket, as she would need to evidence the fact that she intends to return at the end of her visit.
