Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
Good day Sir/madam
i have been in the Uk for six years i was 16years of age then but now am 22years old. i was brought by my dad due to stress he was goin through he dump me by myself. since den i have been managing myself and i have also through in college. now am in the university. i just want to know if there is anything i can do to be in the Uk legally. thank you very much. i will be glad if i can get any solution to my problem because i cant even go back to my country. i dont know were about is my dad and my other families because i was took away and i was rejected.

As you have been here for 6 years, there is the possibility of making a human rights application for discretionary leave here in the UK. However, the chances of success would depend on your particular circumstances here in the UK.
