Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

I know of a group of people who are applying for naturalisation as british citizens in a fraudulent manner. They are Bangladeshi citizens, and were brought over to this country via a visiting visa in 2003 by the womans ailing mother. The woman who is in her early 50's, and her two daugthers one of whom is now 18yrs old, and another is now 14, stayed for a duration of 6-7months before leaving for Bangladesh. Her two children attended a local primary school for a couple of months before leaving.

In september 2011, the trio took a flight from Bangladesh and landed in the UK. The womans two younger brothers (who are british citizens) travelled to Bangladesh and have a hand in forging documents to help her travel to the UK. I know for a fact that the 3 Bangladeshi citizens did not use their own passports. They have claimed to the local authority and the government that that they have been hiding in the UK for the last 7/8years and never left in the first place! This apparently makes them eligible for citizenship in Britain. The woman is lying and I know this is completely accurate as they are distant relatives of mine. The woman has claimed she has been living with her younger brother for the last 8years. She also claims she works at her brothers business and is claiming benefits for this. This is also a lie. Her two children including the woman, cannot speak in English, or understand English. Yet they claim to have lived in the UK for nearly a decade? The womans younger daughter now attends a local high school but has had no other formal education. The other daughter attends ESOL classes at a local college.

I have tried reporting this to the homeoffice a couple of months ago but no action has been taken. IS there anything I can do to bring this to the attention of the homeoffice/relevant authorities? The woman also claims she has no support or source of income in Bangladesh but in reality has left behind her home, her marital relatives, her now estranged husband, and her 3 grown children!
