Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
My husband was granted a visa to to live in the u.k. for 2 years and 3 months on the basis of our marriage. When will he be eligible to apply for indefinite leave? Is it 28 days prior to the completion of 2 years or 28 days prior to the end of his visa?

Its on completion of his 2 year probationary period that he can apply for indefinite leave to remain.
