Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
immigration help for my spouse
I am married to a British Citizen. We regularly get to visit one another. However, now I am 5 1/2 months pregnant, and I really need him for the birth and recovery. I am having complications due to service injury acquired while in the Navy. I am currently medically retired from the Navy, a very proud citizen, and can not even imagine giving up my citizenship. I would rather die first. He cannot apply for citizenship yet because he is trying to finish his university in London. Do you have any suggestions on what we can do so that he can come over to Georgia to help me with our child? What are the recent views of dual citizenship in the US? (Given that I am about to have a child whose father is a British Citizen)
Thank You for your time

Re: immigration help for my spouse
He can enter on the visa waiver program and stay for up to 90 days. If he needs to stay longer, then he can apply for an extension once he enters.
