Dear Sir/madam,
If you are currently here as a Tier 1 (PSW) migrant, the only option that will be available to you at the end of your visa is to find employment with a Tier 2 employer. However, such employment would need to be payable at a certain rate and appear on the shortage occupation list or within the codes of practice.
Alternatively, you may be able to switch onto the Tier 4 (general) route, but this would depend on whether you have been in the UK previously as a student and for how long etc.
Should you have any queries please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
