Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
I m french born and have been living and working in england since 1998.i have two children born in barnet and watford england,both are in education in england.They both hold french passports.do i assume that they are both english citizens or do i need to register them ?

Children born here in the UK are not automatically assumed to be British citizens. A child's eligibility to register as a British citizen will depend on the nationality and immigration status of both of their parents.
