Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
I have been married to my husband British citizen for 7 years. I was granted Indefinately to remain on July 2008. When can I start applying my British citizenship. Please help

If you are married to a british citizen and have the indefinite leave to remain, you can apply for british citizenship after 3 years (provided you were grated your ILR during that time), so, as long as you were living here during the past 3 years, you can apply at any time.
I would recommend applying soon, as the fees will be going up in October/November.
