Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

i got married to a uk citizen while i was on appeal as an international student and my solicitor applied for spouse visa but it was returned to him saying we cant have 2 applications at a time so he withdraw the appeal and submitted spouse visa one , at the end they refuse the application with no right to appeal on the ground that there is no leave to remain in my passport as at the time we are applying .(appeal withdrawn on 14th june 2010 and spouse visa application submitted on 22june2010) sir what do i do ?

Unfortunately in these circumstances there are only two options available to you:

1. You return home and apply for entry clearance as a spouse;

2. You ask the Home Office for formal removal directions so that you can obtain an in country right of appeal. However, depending on the length of time you have been in the UK and how long you have been married etc, your appeal may not be very strong, as it would be limited to Human Rights.
