Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

my partner has been in this country since he was 1 and 1/2 years old his mum lives in the united kingdom his sister lives here also his dad passed away so there is nobody in his country to go and live with and the united kingdom is what he knows he done something he is not roud of and is now in jail for it his time is up in jail now his 3yers is done he sould of been out 26th april. immagration threw the case out but all of a sudden as he's suppose to come out they have turned him back, the case worker who was originally on the case got sick and went on sick leave but the person who took over the job has started the case again so he's being detained again just because of lack of communication in the office is there anythin i can do about this his daughter misses him and it's breaking my heart please answer thank you.

In your case, there are not enough facts to accurately answer your query, but, usually any conviction of longer than 2 years will result in an automatic deportation order.

We would need to know more about your case to give you an accurate answer, like what crime your partner did, if the Home Office sent you any letters, etc.
