Am in receipt of Incapacity benefit, can i bring a potential wife over from india

You may be able to bring a person into the UK either as a "fiancee" (i.e. you will marry her in the UK) or as your "spouse" (i.e. you marry in India and bring your wife here).
However, if you are in receipt of incapacity benefit, then the case will be difficult, as there is a requirement for the applicant to be able to maintain herself without needing to have recourse to benefits.
