Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
I have recently graduated from a UK institution and earned my Bachelor's degree. I am an international student and would like to apply for a post-study work visa from inside the UK. I have got two questions, the first one is: would my chances of not getting rejected improve if I apply from within the UK? and the second one is: If I apply from inside the UK can I use my father's bank accounts from outside the UK as proof of maintenance funds?

If you are already here in the UK then it is easier to apply from within the UK, as you will have the availability of a tribunal hearing on appeal if your initial application is refused.
With regards to maintenance funds, these should be in a bank account in your own name.
