I have a refugee status in the uk got married to my partner who came on visit but am not working do I have to responsible for his maintainance and accomodation if I want to apply for him to join me as a spouse in the UK

If your husband is intending to return to his home country and apply to join you in the UK as your spouse, you will need to show adequate maintenance and accommodation in order for his application to be successful.

Unfortunately, as you married after you obtained your refugee status, this will not be considered by the Home Office and he will need to meet the requirements as if he were any other individual applying for entry clearance as a spouse.
