Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
What are my rights now? I've been in this county for 7 years, have a child whose 9, he has attended school regularly here. I have another one born here 10 month ago. we survived in this country without any benefit as we were refused asylum. we applywed recently for judicial review but we had refusal.
can they deport me back?????.........

You may be able to make an application for leave to remain on the basis of human rights here in the UK, but it would be very difficult and we would advise that you seek professional help before submitting such an application.
You are currently classed as an illegal immigrant and are therefore liable to deportation at any time.
