If you have successfully completed your 2 years here on a spouse visa, then you should be able to make an application for settlement (indefinite leave to remain in the UK) without much trouble. Is your appointment for the Public Enquiry Office? If so, you will be too late, as you need to attend there before your visa runs out.

Since your visa only has a few days before it expires, you will need to send your application by post, very quickly (it needs to have arrived with the Home Office before your leave expires). It is very important that this is done, otherwise you will be an overstayer and may not be able to apply for settlement immediately.

If you wish to discuss your matter in a little more depth, please feel free to give me a call on 07789294662 and we can may discuss your case further.
