Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
i have tier-1 psw,and my wife also have tier1 psw visa,now my wife want to be my dependent what is the procedure please advice

If yourr wife is also here on tier 1 (PSW) then the only route is for her to go back to her home country and get an entry visa for the UK as your dependant. She cannot switch while she is in the UK.
