Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

Uk immigration services at home office birmingham breached judicial review/stop order on removal for ann marie small granted may/june 2004 where the independent tribuanl, independent of home office & authorised to detemine immigration disputed removals, reject home office first removal notice of nov. 6, 2003 for overstaying & illegal entry, told home office that he could not see where i had broken any immigration laws & ordered home office not to remove, re-arrest/detained me indefinitely but 4 months later, home office breached the court's orders & brutally removed me for the same charges nov. 1, 2004.

what action can i take?

It may have been possible to have challenged this move by the Home Office but as it occurred over 6 years ago it may no longer be possible.

You would need to seek specialist immigration advice in relation to this matter to look into what options you now have in respect of the action taken against you as this matter is not straightforward.
