Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom

I have been in the UK for 23 years.I am 23 years old, my siblings are all british citizens.I am liable for deportation because of a 12 month custodial sentence i received back in november 2009,I have a lot of complications on my immigration status because when i came to the UK as a dependent on my mothers passport i was given the wrong visa as a result, the home office is saying i have no right living in the UK.

Im having to go to court over all this.Could i ask you please what are my chances
