Legal Question in Immigration Law in United Kingdom
I wanted to apply for British citizenship but I have 3 points on my driving license in 2008, and I had to go to court for this aswell. Will there be any problems with me getting my citizenship or will I get refused?

As you attended court in relation to the driving offence, you will have to wait five years from the date of sentence, as shown on your paper counterpart to your licence, before you are able to apply for citizenship, as the guidance for such applications suggests that any such court imposed sanctions will result in you being delayed in your eligibility for British citizenship.
