Legal Question in Intellectual Property in United Kingdom
Legal disclaimers
I wish to put a legal disclaimer on my new site. Do I require legal advice or can I write it myself?

Re: Legal disclaimers
many disclaimers are partially or wholly invalid because excluding liability in various areas is restricted by Statute eg Unfair Contract Terms Act Distance Selling Regulations etc. It is wise to take advice about the effect of your proposed exclusion. However this should not discourage you from wording you want to include and having someone look over it.
