Can I break this contract?
I wonder if it would be possible to break a music contract before my songs (masters) be released in a payable website like junodownload
The contract doesnt say anything about breaking it. Although I am not happy at all with the attitude of the record label.
They have put a really disrespectful cover for my release that I contacted the website and suspended the release.
But would be possible to break at all the contract?
The contract made under a PDF file and been sent over email.

You would need to provide an attorney with the contract for a meaningful analysis of your rights and remedies. The contract may have a "choice of law" clause; if it does, the attorney that you consult should be conversant with the designated legal system. Your own jurisdiction (if different from the selected law) may provide you with additional rights....
