Export investing money
I been contacted by an investor that living in London UK about investing in my company that's in the United States of America. I need to know all the laws of both lands that will governing this agreement between us.
I will need to know the best way to send his payment to his and how to

You can make US law govern everything and you should have a company. We aren't licensed in TN, but I can advise you regarding international business in a consultation of an hour or so.
